Meet Mr. Marko Đikanović:

Having finished my Bachelor studies at the Faculty for Tourism and Hospitality in Kotor, I decided to apply for this Internship program in The Chedi Luštica Bay Hotel. The reason why I chose The Chedi is because I considered it as prosperous for both me and for Montenegrin tourism as a whole, because The Chedi is a part of a great project that will offer great oportunities, especially for young people like myself.
I performed my Internship in the F&B Department, where I had unique opportunity to be in a team of professionals who had taken my internship seriously. I was taught and showed the best practises  from the very first day. My decision to pursue career in the field of F&B was based on the facts that working in this Department requires continuous learning and development, when it comes to the best and latest practises of food & beverage. Aside from that, and even more important is the fact that F&B requires great communication and kind and attentive attitude towards the guests and clients. Those are the reasons why I like working in this department.
I would recommend all new graduates to apply for Internship here at The Chedi Luštica Bay and have the great lifetime experience, which will help them develop themselves into new hospitality professionals.

Meet Ms. Marija Ćipranić

After finishing my graduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro, where I majored in Security and Criminology, I chose to become an intern at The Chedi Hotel, as part of the Government Internship Program 2020.
During the course of the Program at The Chedi, I have gained, for the first time, practical knowledge and skills in a dynamic Security Department, where I have learned the safety procedures and practices that are standard in the 5* Hotel Industry. I was accepted nicely from all of The Chedi team, since day one, and my fellow collagues have selflessly committed themselves to explain everything to me, and teach me how to do this job professionally.
Aside from gaining excellent knowledge and skills, which will possitively influence my future career growth, The Chedi has provided me the oportunity to meet a lot of successful people, not only from Montenegro, bust also from abroad.
Now, when my Internship Program is coming to an end, I am ecstatic to be given the oportunity to become part of this team, as a full-time employee in the Security Department.
