• Payment and Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required upon booking and is nonrefundable if the retreat is confirmed based on the minimum number of participants. The organizer will contact guests 40 days before the program starts to confirm if the minimum number of participants has been reached. In the event of retreat cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the guest, or it can be kept as credit for the next retreat dates.
