In The Chedi Hotel’s THE RESTAURANT you can relish the delights of refined, regional cuisine with a contemporary Mediterranean twist.
 
The restaurant’s sleek and modern interiors are warmed by natural tones with stone and wood walls, ceramic flooring and granite bar and table tops. Feature pendant lighting in a spectrum of oceanic blues creates a radiant, elegant space that reflects the sea views. Wood lattices lightly separate the room into intimate areas and if required there is a private dining area for families. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the restaurant’s spacious terrace.
 
Breakfast is served every morning until 11:00 am. Choose from an international buffet selection including freshly made breads and pastries from our in-house bakery, seasonal fruit salads and local wildflower honey. Or be tempted by the aromas from our live cooking counter, with hot items prepared à la minute. Juices, teas and freshly-made artisan Italian or authentic Turkish coffee are available from the refreshment bar.
 
Every evening from 6.30 pm you can indulge in our international buffet. Offering an impressive selection of enticing dishes including cold cuts and acclaimed cheeses, sourdough bread assortment, daily salads, dressings, premium meats from our mountainous region and Adriatic fish selectively chosen from local fishermen. Afterwards end your meal on a sweet note with tempting dessert display. To complete the experience kitchen offers live show cooking station.
 
Let our attentive waiters suggest wine pairings, with local specialities including the dry and crisp whites of the krstač grape or dark-blooded reds from the ancient Vranac grape. In addition, there are traditional French and Italian offerings and a small selection of New World wines.
