The Land

With only six percent of the 690-hectare area being developed, Luštica Bay is rich in unspoilt natural beauty, immersed in olive groves, flower meadows, leafy hillsides and mountains of cypress and oak. It has been designed around outdoor active living with a huge range of activities on offer.
Set atop the peninsula, Luštica Bay’s golf practice range and bistro are open during the summer season. Golf has never looked so good, with incredible panoramic views across Trašte Bay and Boka Bay. Lessons from a pro-golfer are on offer as well as bi-weekly golfing competitions. Once completed, Luštica Bay will also boast Montenegro’s first professional 18-hole championship golf course designed by internationally renowned pro-golfer Gary Player.
Those seeking adventure can discover the unspoilt wilderness of the peninsula. Criss-crossed with walking and biking trails, you can hike and bike through mountain ranges and valleys, past waterfalls, along rivers and overlooking the ocean. Stop at lost-in-time villages or uncover the peninsula's many cultural wonders from ancient churches to historic ruins that pay respect to its military past. Luštica Bay encloses the carefully preserved Austro-Hungarian fortification, Fort Radišević. Set overlooking the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are spectacular from this atmospheric vantage point.
