A celebration of culinary creativity, honouring chefs and their passion in recognition of International Chef’s Day.

This autumn, The Chedi Luštica Bay becomes a haven for food lovers. Join our chefs as they share their passion, creativity, and the joy of cooking through a series of inspiring culinary experiences. From 20 October to 1 November, Chef’s Weeks pay tribute to the artistry of cooking and the hands that craft every memorable dish.

This culinary series brings together workshops, tastings, and immersive experiences designed to inspire creativity and connection through food. Each day offers a new way to explore flavours of Montenegro and beyond, guided by the resort’s talented chefs.

Focaccia Masterpieces: Edible Art Workshop

Transform Montenegrin-style focaccia into an edible canvas adorned with seasonal vegetables, Luštica olives, and premium olive oil. Shape, decorate, and bake your own masterpiece to enjoy fresh from the oven.

When: Mondays, 20 & 27 October | 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Montenegrin Preserves Workshop

Immerse yourself in the time-honoured art of preservation. Craft your own jar of turšija or pickles while learning the secrets behind traditional Montenegrin techniques. Take home your personalised jar as a flavourful keepsake.

Rolls Workshop

From soft folds to golden crusts, learn how to roll and bake delicious regional breads paired with homemade jams. Guests leave with their freshly baked rolls and a pouch of local herbal tea to enjoy later.

Breathe in the essence of Luštica on a guided hike through fragrant trails where olive groves meet the Adriatic breeze. Learn about seasonal herbs, their culinary and healing properties, and take home a small bundle with recipes to continue your journey of taste.

Picnic with the Chef

Relax by the sea and enjoy a laid back picnic with our chefs. Taste authentic meze prepared with local ingredients, sip a chilled glass of Prosecco, and listen to the stories behind each dish, tales of coastal tradition, Mediterranean flavors, and the passion that defines Luštica’s culinary spirit.

When: Fridays, 24 & 31 October | 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Taste Without Waste Workshop

Discover how sustainability meets flavour in this hands-on cooking session. Learn to create delicious spreads and infusions using seasonal ingredients, proof that nothing goes to waste in a mindful kitchen.

Cocktails with Chefs

End Chef’s Week on a spirited note at The Spot Bar. Join our chefs for a fun mixology session where you’ll prepare homemade tomato purée cocktails. Learn the balance of flavours, the rhythm of shaking, and the joy of crafting your own signature drink.
